One of the reasons I created #theCATTWALK was to have a place to share and inspire. Those who know me well know that when I'm operating as my "best self" I pay close attention to my mind and body connection. I believe that feeling fabulous starts from within. Over the years I've learned a lot about ways to stay connected to my inner self while also creating a strong and healthy exterior.
This month I am dedicating a series to the Mind + Body. I'll be sharing everything from my workout routines, music playlists, favorite books, skin care regime, choice supplements and more. I hope you'll enjoy but also hope you'll chime in on the conversation and leave comments and questions. I want us all to learn from one another. Of course, each of us are different. The exceptional thing about being in Los Angeles and working at E! is that over the years, I've had access to a lot of really kick ass experiences - all of which have informed me in my quest for health, beauty, and well-being.
So, tomorrow I'll kick things off by sharing my morning routine and the key essentials to getting my day off on the right foot full of energy and optimism! I'm excited!
