When Shape House opened in my neighborhood a few years ago, I was first in line. I was SO curious. And for good reason. Come inside, burn some 1000 calories in an hour while lying inside a cocoon of infrared heat while watching House of Cards on Netflix? Um, SOLD.

In all seriousness, it's sensational. If you are claustrophobic it's not for you, but there's something about dripping in your own sweat that feels so satisfying. Firstly, it is insanely relaxing. I can't help but slow down the chaotic speed in which I often operate. But beyond that the health benefits include detoxing, mood-lifting, sleep-enhancing and skin brightening. 

There are similar offerings popping up in most cities so do a lil research and get your sweat on ya'll.
