Almost one year ago I was really feeling my best. I had been training for a half marathon and was regularly doing hot yoga. I was on a lil girls’ getaway with my besties in Miami and lo and behold the paps snapped me. And if I’m honest, I didn’t hate the pics. Ha!
Then life happens and sometimes you just get in a slump. You run out of time. You lack the desire to run, skip, and jump. Your kids demanding schedules take precedence or your job requires more of your time.
Anyway, I’ve slid backwards but A) I’ve forgiven myself and B) I’m doing something about it!
The family that runs together stays together. I’ve signed the boys and I up for a 10K on Easter Sunday called the BUNNY DASH and I’ve launched Mind+Body Month on the blog to inspire us ALL to look and feel our best.
